Switchboard Music Festival

Switchboard is dedicated to presenting innovative and eclectic music from the Bay Area and beyond. We exist to support the music that falls in the cracks between various genres and to build a community of composers, bands, and performers whose multifaceted approach often excludes them from traditional music institutions. The non-profit organization’s primary event is the annual Switchboard Music Festival—an 8-hour, non-stop showcase bringing together a diverse array of musicians united by a common desire to challenge traditional genre distinctions.
